About the Summit
The Lily Leadership Summit is a free, one-day experience for 150–200 girls in grades 6–12. We cover transportation, meals, workshops, and all programming so that every girl can attend without barriers. This day includes keynote speakers, breakout sessions, a Gallery of Dreams, and the Changemaker Award Luncheon.
Meet Our Founder
Samira Maddox
Samira Maddox is the visionary behind the Lily Leadership Summit and the founder of M4C Foundation. Her passion is to empower and equip young girls with leadership, confidence, and opportunities to thrive. Through her work, she continues to inspire change and open doors for underserved communities.
